Cancellation Policy

​CANCELLATIONS:
 

- If hourly arena hire cancellations under any circumstances are made within 12 hours, you will have to pay for your booking

- If lessons are cancelled under any circumstances within 24 hours, you will have to pay for your booking

- If half day or full day arena hire is cancelled under any circumstances within 72 hours, you will have to pay for your booking

- If you can find someone to fill your spot, the booking can be transferred.

DISCIPLINARY:
- Failure to comply with this policy or any directions of Riverview equestrian centre will result in one written warning. Second offence will result in a second written warning. Third and final warning results in suspension or expulsion
- Incidents of grave misconduct will warrant immediate expulsion and fees will not be refunded.
