Release and Waiver of Liability:

For the use the facility at 289 Riverview Road (Riverview Equestrian Services), including but not limited to, the sand arena, grass arena, round yard, parking, wash bay and yards, hereafter referred to as 'Facility'.

I understand and acknowledge that:

​- Horse riding is very dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury or death

- Horses can behave in an unpredictable manner

- Riding gear can break or fail

- The ground can be rough and uneven

- There are many other general dangers on the Facility

I agree that:

- I ride at my own risk and assume full responsibility for injury, death and or property damage

- I will always wear an appropriate safety helmet, suitable clothing and riding boots

- I will provide my own safety equipment and clothing

- I am responsible for the correct fitting and safety of my equipment

- I will act responsibly and safely

- I will pay due regard for the safety of others at the Facility

- I will notify the Facility representatives if I notice something unsafe and stop riding

- I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

By signing this form I agree:

- I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the meaning of this form

- I release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Riverview Equestrian Services and or it’s owners and representatives

- I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless Riverview Equestrian Services and or it’s owners and representatives from any loss, liability, damage or cost

- I agree to indemnify Riverview Equestrian Services and or it’s owners and representatives against claims made by any other person who may be representing me in any capacity
