Policy
Waiver: - Before riding you must complete a waiver. - If you are a new client, you must complete the registration form. Cancellations: - As there is high demand for lessons and a waitlist, please allow at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your lesson. This means someone else can take the spot. - If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, and the spot is not filled, you will have to pay the full price of the lesson. - Horse riding is weather dependent. Your lesson may be cancelled due to moderate-heavy rain and strong winds. Preparation: - Please have your horse tacked up ready to begin the lesson before the instructor arrives. - If you want the instructors assistance tacking up, this reduces riding time. Riding Equipment: - You must wear an EA or pony club approved helmet. - You must wear boots with a smooth sole and small heel. - Wear long pants such as tights, jeans. Jodhpurs or breeches are preferred as they have more grip. Safety: - Always follow instructions. - Do not go into any paddocks without your instructor, unless you have been asked. - It is the parent/guardians responsibility to keep other children at a safe distance from the horses.
