Policy

Waiver: - Before riding you must complete a waiver. The waiver can be found under forms on the website. - As Brett is travelling for the clinic, the lesson fees include travel expenses. If we cannot fill the clinic, we may have to cancel, as the lesson price would increase. If we have to cancel due to limited bookings, you will be refunded the full price minus 1.8% card fee. - If there is only two riders booked for a class, the time will be reduced to 45min. - If there is only one rider booked for a class, the time will be reduced to 30min. - A waitlist will be available. Cancellations: - If you cancel within 48 hours of the lesson you are required to pay 100% of the lesson fee unless you can find someone to fill the spot. Preparation: - Please arrive early to tack up your horse and warm up preferably. - We will not wait for you if you arrive late. Riding Equipment: - You must wear an EA or pony club approved helmet. Safety: - Always follow instructions. - Do not go into any horse paddocks. - It is the parent/guardians responsibility to keep other children at a safe distance from the horses.
